When you begin your Worship Today Music Service subscription, the first issue mailed to you will be our most current issue. Your subsequent Worship Today issues will be based on the frequency that you choose. Worship Today is produced twelve times a year, with full subscribers receiving one issue per month. You can choose to receive a smaller number of issues throughout your subscription year.

- Why haven't I received my issue on time or at all?

The first issue is sent by First Class Mail.
All subsequent issues of your subscription are sent by Bulk Mail. It is our understanding that Bulk Mail is dealt with at your local post office level, and regulated more locally than First Class Mail.
Therefore, if the address given to us is correct and your subscription is active, you may want to check with your local post office about the criteria for their Bulk Mail delivery.
If you have checked with your local post office and you still have not received your packet, simply contact us at service@worshiptoday.com.

- I chose to be billed when I started the subscription instead of paying with a credit card. When will my bill arrive and when will it be due?

Your first invoice will arrive before your trial period is up and your payment or notice of cancellation is appreciated any time during the first thirty days.
For future billing: If you chose to be billed quarterly (includes a charge for shipping and handling), you will receive a bill once every three months based on the month in which your subscription began.
If chose to be billed annually, you will receive your bill based on the month in which you began your subscription. If you began your subscription in April, the bill for your second year will be mailed the following April.
After of your Risk-Free Trial period, your bills are due upon receipt. We appreciate your prompt payment in order to avoid past-due billing to your account.

- Can I return an issue for credit or exchange?

No. Once an issue has been mailed, it cannot be returned for a credit or refund due to the nature of the product. Worship Today Music is a subscription service and although one issue may not suit your needs, a paid subscriber still has complete and FREE access to all the songs ever produced by Worship Today at our Web site.
If you placed an order for a back issue, we do not offer exchanges or credits due to the fact that you can listen to the entire volume online before placing an order.

- When does my subscription expire?
- The expiration month of your subscription is printed on your current invoice. Simply look under the amount due on your most recent invoice. For example, if you see "billed through 3/1/2005," this means your account, once paid, will not expire until the end of March 2005.

- Why do the praise and worship songs in my Worship Today packets not match the performance tracks?
- The praise and worship songs that you receive in your packet are given to you in congregational format. The sheet music for the full choral arrangement that you hear on your CD is located on the Split Track/Stereo Track CD for that volume. Simply place the CD into your computer, go that drive, open the PDF folder and select the song that you wish to print.

- How do I print sheet music from my Split Track/Stereo Track CD?
- All sheet music, including complete piano and vocal parts, is in PDF® format and can be found on your Split Track/Stereo Track CD. Simply place the CD into your computer, go to the CD drive (D drive on most computers), open the PDF folder, select the PDF for the song you need, then print. In order to print or access the sheet music, you?ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader software. It?s a free download from Adobe.com. In order to access PowerPoint® files, you?ll also need to have access to PowerPoint® software. You can read page 1 of your book for more information about getting the most from your CDs.

- I've lost or damaged a CD. What do I do if I need to print out sheet music?
- As a paid subscriber, you can print copies of any sheet music from our Web site at www.worshiptoday.com. If you wish to receive a replacement copy, contact our customer service department for price and availability.

- I clicked on the Listening tab for a song but my Real Player only plays part of the song at a time.
- You just need to change the settings in the Real Player on your computer. You can do this by following the directions below.
1. Go into Real Player
2. Choose Tools -> Preferences -> Playback Settings
3. Go to where it says "Buffered Play" and make sure to select "Buffer entire clip up to available memory." (It may ask for an actual number of seconds and in that case just enter 300.)

- In addition to a full 12-issue subscription, Worship Today customers can choose to receive packets 6 or 8 times per year (with the option of adding Christmas and Easter issues to those smaller frequencies). - Every year Worship Today releases a special Christmas issue in July and an Easter packet in December. Yes, anyone can purchase a previously released issue, as long as quantities are available. If you find an issue that you would like to purchase, please call our toll-free number at 1-866-859-7622 and order that issue for $26.95 plus shipping and handling (subscriber price) or $34.95 plus shipping and handling (non-subscriber price). Again, quantities are limited and once an issue is out of stock, it will not be reprinted. For faster shipping, we appreciate payment with your credit card at the time your order is placed. Otherwise, we will ship your back issue once your payment is received.

- Can I use a Worship Today song on a church-produced CD for sale?
- If you wish to use a Worship Today-owned copyright, you must send to us, in writing, an official license request outlining the song title, the title of the recording project, release date of the project, retail price, anticipated manufacturing quantities, and all other pertinent information. Be sure to include your complete contact information in case further information is needed. If accepted, an official mechanical license/invoice will be issued to you based on the statutory mechanical rate multiplied by the anticipated manufacturing quantities, unless other arrangements have been discussed. Please allow four to six weeks for a response. You may fax your requests to 615-463-9139.
